Stopwatch Challenge
The Stopwatch Challenge is a focused timing exercise designed to train your sense of presence, attention, and internal rhythm. Participants aim to stop a high-precision timer as close as possible to a target time, relying on awareness rather than visual cues.
After payment you receive further information and exact date/time. Different ticket levels are designed to match varying degrees of commitment and experience, allowing participants to join at a depth that reflects their intention, focus, and dedication to the practice.

Our principles
We combine mindfulness practices with skill-based challenges to train attention, presence, and mental clarity. By integrating meditation-inspired techniques into active challenges, participants learn to stay calm under pressure, improve focus, and develop consistent performance through intentional awareness. Shifts in key neurotransmitters will be experienced. Besides participants are able to netwerk with like-minded people before/after the challenges.
We act as a neutral “escrow agent,” safeguarding the agreed framework of the session without influencing its personal or subjective experience. Shared attention, presence, and collective focus are elements held within the group under the facilitator’s guidance and are only fully “released” through active participation, mutual respect, and sustained engagement throughout the session.
We work according to a value loop inspired dynamic reward system in which the rewards remain within the network and continuously circulate between participants, ensuring that value is shared rather than accumulated. This means rewards should explicitly kept alive through active participation
By combining individual responsibility with guided structure, we create a balanced environment where participants are both trusted and supported in sustaining the shared system. By joining and booking a ticket, each participant explicitly commits to this principle of contribution and continuity. Our final goal is to ensure everyone believes in the teamspirit over personal gain.
